Bob was born with a burning desire to be a clubmaker. At age 10 he fixed an old #2 wood with Elmers glue and kite string. Was a Class A caddy and worked for the greens keeper for two years at the Country Club. Played on the varsity golf team as a freshman in College.
Bob Uebelhor has 35 years experience building clubs from back in the Persimmon days up through the new Titanium clubs. He has been two time International Clubmaker of the Year and a list of other honors that would fill the page. Bob also has patents of several putter models and his reputation and knowledge of the club making industry is known across the country.
Bob uses the most current technology available for fitting and keeps up to date by attending clubmaker-fitter conferences and shows. Bob Works with PGA golf professionals in his shop, studying the relationship between golf equipment and the golf swing (also with other top club fitters.)
